Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan hubungan antara work-life balance, role ambiguity, dengan burnout pada Generasi Z, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-life balance dengan burnout pada Generasi Z, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara role ambiguity, dengan burnout pada Generasi Z. Burnout merupakan keadaan kelelahan mental, emosional, dan fisik yang disebabkan oleh tekanan pekerjaan yang berkepanjangan. Work-life balance adalah kemampuan individu untuk menjaga keseimbangan yang sehat antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Role ambiguity merupakan kondisi di mana individu mengalami ketidakjelasan mengenai tugas, tanggung jawab, dan ekspektasi dalam peran pekerjaannya. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala yaitu skala burnout, skala work-life balance dan skala role ambiguity. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan aplikasi G-power. Jumlah sampel yang terkumpul sebesar 120 responden pekerja Generasi Z. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara work-life balance, role ambiguity, dengan burnout pada Generasi Z, terdapat hubungan negatif antara work-life balance dengan burnout pada Generasi Z dengan asumsi semakin rendah tingkat work-life balance maka semakin tinggi tingkat burnout begitu juga sebaliknya, dan terdapat hubungan positif antara role ambiguity, dengan burnout pada Generasi Z dengan asumsi semakin tinggi tingkat role ambiguity maka akan semakin meningkatkan tingkat burnout.
