Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of recruitment, job placement and job training systems on employee work productivity in Surabaya. The research was conducted quantitatively using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The research sample consisted of 40 respondents at PT Sinar Waringin Adhikarya. Data analysis uses IBM SPSS version 26 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which include validity, reliability, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of this research show that all variables used are valid and reliable. Based on the T test, the variables of the recruitment system, job placement and job training partially have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. The F test indicates that simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on work productivity. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 40%, while the remaining 60% is influenced by other external variables that were not examined in this research.
