Abstract

PT. Fajar Mas Murni (FMM) - Surabaya is a company engaged in the trade of industrial goods originating from abroad and has a marketing area of Eastern Indonesia. The problem with this company is the shipping cost for the period of 2016 and 2017 and the delivery delay. These problems arise due to the lack of evaluation of the selection of good delivery services. The effort made is to choose the best delivery service from outside company. The selection of delivery services is an important aspect for companies to improve their logistics performance. This study aims to determine criteria that are more important than other criteria in the selection of delivery services. These criteria are used to evaluate each shipping service to be used so that the best delivery service can be obtained. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Terms of delivery service criteria are quality, price and service. There are 7 alternatives that become candidates for the delivery service to be selected. In accordance with the criteria and alternative criteria, the priority ranking of TIKI for destination city of Surabaya (0.2264), Sidoarjo (0.2480), Malang (0.2185), Pasuruan (0.2334), Probolinggo (0.2422), Jombang (0.2360), Banyuwangi (0.2545) (0.2210). Priority ranking places J & T for Gresik destinations (0.2450) and Tuban (0.2229)
