Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur kepemilikan, corporate social responsibility disclosure, struktur modal, kinerja keuangan dan manajemen laba terhadap nilai perusahan dengan strategi perusahaan sebagai moderasi pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena melibatkan perhitungan data numerik melalui prosedur dan analisis statistik. Objek penelitian ini ialah perusahaan sub sektor batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2023. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 9 perusahaan, dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan teknik dokumentasi yang bersumber dari situs website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia atau situs website setiap perusahaan, untuk memperoleh data annual report dan sustanability report yang telah di keluarkan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SmartPLS versi 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan, manajemen laba, dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. CSRD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. kinerja keuangan, struktur kepemilikan, dan struktur modal berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. CSRD berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perushaan. Struktur kepemilikan dan struktur modal berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. CSRD berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keunagan. Struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifkan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Strategi perusahaan mampu memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhdap nilai perusahaan. Strategi perusahaan mampu memoderasi pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap nilai perusahaan.
