Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020 - 2023. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar, dengan sampel sebanyak 54 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahun 2020 - 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Partial Least Squares (PLS) terdapat dua komponen utama, yaitu model pengukuran (outer model) yang meliputi Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Cronbach’s Alpha dan model struktural (inner model) yang meliputi R square dan Q square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Variabel ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) menunjukkan nilai 0,023, yang berarti ketiga variabel independen tersebut menjelaskan 23% dari variabilitas kinerja keuangan, sementara 77% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.
