Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 77 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada perusahaan Reny Swalayanku Bratang Gede Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (X1) Servant Leadership memiliki hubungan parsial positif namun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang Signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa Servant Leadership yang ada pada perusahaan masih kurang. (X2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini berarti bahwa jika disiplin kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat (X3) Lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan parsial positif namun tidak memiliki pengaruh yang Signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Suasana Kerja yang ada pada perusahaan masih kurang baik.
