Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan apakah reputasi KAP, Pertumbuhan keuanga Perusahaan, Kompleksitas operasi Perusahaan mempengaruhi Risiko keuangan dan Opini audit dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderating pada Perusahaan consumer cyclicals yang menggunakan 23 sampel Perusahaan. Sampel yang diperoleh digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode menentukan pengambilan sampel secara non sampling dengan memberikan beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software SMART PLS versi 4.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Reputasi KAP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opini audit dan Kompleksitas operasi Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Risiko keuangan.
