Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kinerja sosial, good corporate governance, dan struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan serta pengaruh dari adanya manajemen risiko sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021 – 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan objek penelitian perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor mineral dan logam lainnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021 – 2023. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang diperoleh dari laman resmi perusahaan dan laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sebanyak 9 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, stuktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, moderasi manajemen risiko memperkuat pengaruh kinerja sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan namun tidak signifikan, dan secara keseluruhan kinerja sosial, good corporate governance, dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh sedang cenderung kecil terhadap kinerja keuangan.
