Abstract

PT Kerta Rajasa Raya bergerak di bidang perautan karung plastik salah satu produknya adalah Woven Bag dan Jumbo Bag. Perusahan ini terletak di sidoarjo tepatnya berdada dijalan Raya Tropodo No.1 Waru Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Pada tahun 1983 perusahaan ini memulai produk dari perusahaan ini adalah FBIC (Flexibel Intermediate Bulk Container) atau Jumbo Bag dan Woven Bag terbesar di Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yang telah dipaparkan diatas adalah untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis dan menjawab peranan Lingkungan Kerja, Penawasan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PTKerta Rajasa Raya. Penelitian ini mengambil responden dari karyawan pada divisi mesin Extruder dan Circular Loom dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 183 orang dan sampel 125 orang. Dalam pelaksanan dilapangan, Penelitian ini mengambil data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun data sekunder selaian data primer yang diperoleh dari staff personalia PT Kerta Rajasa Raya meliputi profil perusahaan dan struktur organisasi perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan mengguakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrument antara lain Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda untuk menguji hipotesis sedangakan Uji Asumsi Klasik terdiri dari Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitasdengan menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil uji asumsi klasik juga menunjukan bahwa penelitian ini telah memenuhi. anatra lain 1.) Kedua model regresi bebas dari multikolinieritas 2.) Tidak terjadi heterokedastisitas. Hasil temuan analisis menyimpulkan bahwa semua variable Lingkungan Kerja (X1), Pengawasan Kerja (X2), Kesehatan dan Keselamtan Kerja (K3) (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
