Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, price perception, and product quality both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Warung Penyetan Express Nginden Surabaya. The population used in this study is 100 customers of Warung Penyetan Express, with a non-probability sampling method and accidental sampling as the basis for sample selection. The data collection method used was the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, employing t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) for hypothesis testing. Classical assumption tests applied include multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and normality test. The validity test results show that all indicators in this study are valid, as the calculated r-value is greater than the table r-value with a significance level greater than 0.05. The reliability test results indicate that the indicators used are reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient is greater than 0.60. The hypothesis testing results from the t-test show that customer experience, price perception, and product quality each have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The hypothesis testing results from the F-test show that customer experience, price perception, and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study indicates that customer experience, price perception, and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction.
