Abstract

This study aims to analyze the compliance level of Political Party "X" in East Java regarding campaign fund reporting in accordance with PKPU Number 18 of 2023. The method employed is a qualitative approach using interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman, involving in-depth interviews with auditors and party officials, as well as data collection through documentation and direct observation. The findings indicate that the compliance of Political Party "X" is relatively low, with numerous instances of non-compliance in aspects such as the opening, management, and closing of RKDK, as well as the completeness of LADK and LPPDK submissions. Factors influencing non-compliance include limited understanding of human resources, technical issues, and a lack of awareness from party management. The study concludes that to enhance compliance, it is necessary to improve human resource capacity, enforce laws, and enhance infrastructure.
