Abstract

PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo yang beralamat di Jalan Kedung Peluk Sidoarjo merupakan perusahaan springbed. Perusahaan ini menerapkan sistem yang berfokus pada pencapaian target, sehingga karyawan dituntut untuk aktif dalam bersaing di pasar dengan menciptakan produk berkualitas tinggi. Dalam tiga tahun terakhir, perusahaan telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dan berhasil menguasai hampir 80% pangsa pasar. Peningkatan penjualan ini didukung oleh berbagai bentuk motivasi, fasilitas, dan dukungan finansial dari perusahaan. Persaingan dalam bisnis semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan perlu mempertahankan kinerja karyawannya. Namun, dalam operasional perusahaan, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti adanya karyawan yang belum mampu mencapai target produksi yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh organizational culture,reward system dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan datanya menggunakan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi serta Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji F dan Uji T. Kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban responden terhadap angket kuesioner yang dibagikan peneliti kepada karyawan PT Bella Citra Agung Mandiri Sidoarjo. Dan hasil penelitan ini secara parsial menunjukan bahwa organizational culture, reward system dan punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo.
