Abstract

The Banjarsari sluice gate, which is on the shipping river in Sidoarjo district, faces various challenges that can affect its performance. These challenges include sedimentation, damage to building structures, and decreased water quality due to domestic and industrial waste. Implementation of the Banjarsari sluice gate maintenance project, especially on floor work which experienced seepage at the bottom of the sluice floor and resulted in structural failure of the sluice gate building. CPM method duration planning is a recommendation in choosing from the many existing methods, because it calculates the earliest time the project starts, the latest time the project starts as well as the earliest completion time and the latest completion time so that the time lag for all activities can be known. analysis of accelerating work duration by adding workers to jobs on the critical path and looking for the best solution to get the most efficient cost and time. Where time analysis uses the CPM (Cri tical Path Method) method and is assisted by Microsof Project 2021 software. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the work that went through the critical path was the work of dismantling and casting cyclopean concrete and obtained the results. The duration of work on the Banjarsari sluice gate work after crashing was 66 working days from the initial duration of 72 working days with a total cost of Rp. Rp. 117.732.707 to Rp. 124.366.707 with a cost difference of Rp. 6,634,000. Key Words : scheduling, Cost, CPM, Microsoft Projec, Project Delays
