Abstract

Landslides along the banks of the Sumber Pasinan River in Mojokerto Regency, East Java, which pushed the existing river stone masonry resulting in damage/sliding. In addition, the rise of water from the Sumber Pasinan River which often overflows during the rainy season adds to the erosion of the banks of the Sumber Pasinan River by rainwater, making the condition of the banks of the Sumber Pasinan River even worse. Since this project is a self-managed project, it is expected that the construction can be carried out in an effective time at the minimum possible cost. Therefore, analyze the acceleration of development to reduce the time of work on the construction of river stone masonry projects on the Sumber Pasinan River, Mojokerto Regency using the Critical Path Method. Determine the estimated cost when the acceleration is done on the project Development of river stone masonry in Sungai Sumber Pasinan Mojokerto Regency using the method (Critical Path Method). Based on the results of the acceleration of working days analyzed using the critical path method (CPM) there was an acceleration of 24 days, from planning to require 71 working days accelerated to 47 working days, which requires the addition of 11 workers in the work of installing split stone pairs. The cost due to acceleration caused an increase in worker wage costs (cost slope) of Rp. 16,486,500.00 from the previous cost budget plan planning.
