Abstract
The construction project for the Drainage Development in Laju Lor Village, Tuban Regency, demonstrates schedule deviations in several project phases. A delay of 0.38% occurred in the first week, increasing to 4.84% in the second week out of the planned total duration of 60 days. The contractor strives to establish a mechanism to control the poor performance of the project system. The Earned Value Method integrates the concepts of time and cost value. This method uses three primary indicators: Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), and Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS). Additionally, it analyzes Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimated Cost at Completion (EAC), and Estimated Time at Completion (ETS). The results reveal that the cost required to complete the project (EAC) is IDR 1,040,304,209.89, which is IDR 20,726,358.11 less than the budgeted cost of IDR 1,061,030,568. However, the remaining time required to complete the project is 81 days, resulting in an additional 21 days beyond the planned 60 days if the project’s performance trend remains consistent at the end of the review period. This analysis emphasizes the importance of construction service providers implementing efficient methods and consistent supervision to avoid delays in the Drainage Development Project in Laju Lor Village, Tuban Regency.
