Abstract

This research comprehensively aims to determine the influence of online promotion, green marketing, and attraction on visitor satisfaction at Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu Gresik. The business world must innovate to attract tourists to visit a place or natural condition that is built and developed with tourism resources, has attractions and potential to attract tourists, and becomes a place for tourists to visit. Currently, the development of the tourism business has faced increasingly fierce competition, with each running its own business strategy in order to survive and continue to exist among consumers. In this situation, understanding the development of tourism with competitors is very important for stakeholders in the tourism industry, including government, tourism businesses, and academics. This understanding is needed to formulate the right strategy in facing competition and increasing the competitiveness of tourist destinations. The research method used a quantitative method approach. The population in this study amounted to 100 people who were visitors to Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu Gresik. The sampling technique used in this study is by using non-probability sampling techniques. Where the researcher communicates with respondents through Google questionnaires. The results of this study show partially that the online promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, the green marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, but the attraction variable has an effect and is not significant on visitor satisfaction. By increasing the attraction to continue to innovate towards the tourism so that Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu will increasingly become the main choice for people to visit.
