Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility, profitability and environmental performance on company value. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this research is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021- 2023. In this research, sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method, namely a sampling method based on certain criteria that are relevant to the research objectives. Thus, 19 companies were sampled in this research. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from financial reports, company sustainability reports, and reports from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) regarding PROPER. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, and the data was processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24 program. The research results showed that the corporate social responsibility variable had a positive and significant effect on company value, the profitability variable had a positive and significant effect on company value, environmental performance variables have a positive and significant effect on company value. These findings indicate that corporate social responsibility, return on asset, and environmental performance have a significant influence on increasing price to book value. Corporate social responsibility that is carried out well shows the company's commitment to social and environmental sustainability, which increases public and investor trust, and ultimately has a positive impact on company value. High profitability reflects good financial performance, which also contributes to increasing the company's value in the market. In addition, good environmental performance, which is reflected through compliance with environmental standards and participation in the PROPER program by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), has a positive impact on investors' perceptions of the company's future sustainability. Overall, the results of this research indicate that companies that integrate social, financial and environmental aspects in their operations tend to have higher value in the market.
