Abstract

Dalam dunia AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction), hal yang sangat penting adalah mampu menyelesaikan proyek tepat waktu sesuai jadwal yang telah direncanakan. BIM (Building Information Modelling) mampu meningkatkan koordinasi selama proses integrasi, simulasi, desain, pengelolaan, dan pengendalian proses konstruksi. Implementasi BIM akan mengubah proses konstruksi yang dilakukan secara konvensional dimana sering terjadi konflik antar stakeholder. Diperlukan adanya eksplorasi Critical Success Factors (CSFs) agar implementasi BIM dilakukan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Squares) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Data didapatkan dari penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 100 responden kepada para penyedia jasa konstruksi (konsultan dan kontraktor) di Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai pengaruh dan hubungan dari setiap variabel terhadap critical success factors untuk implementasi BIM pada proyek konstruksi di Kota Surabaya. Dimana besarnya pengaruh dari hubungan faktor implementasi terhadap BIM adalah 76,4%. Besarnya pengaruh hubungan Tantangan dan Hambatan terhadap BIM adalah 83,9%. Besarnya pengaruh Tantangan dan Hambatan terhadap faktor implementasi adalah 69,6%. Dan besarnya pengaruh BIM terhadap critical success factors adalah 74,8%.
