Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the effect of agile leadership, work ethic, workload, and work life balance on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency as an intervening variable. The type of research used is quantitative, using a population and sample of 120 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires via gform and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) tool, then the Partial Least Square (PLS) program is used The results of this study indicate that: 1). Agile leadership has a significant positive effect on work life balance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 2). Agile leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 3). Work ethic has a significant positive effect on work life balance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 4). Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 5). Workload has a significant positive effect on work life balance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 6). Workload does not affect employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency. 7). Work life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pasuruan Regency.
