Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengelolaan limbah serta mengevaluasi kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap Peraturan Pemerintah No. 22 Tahun 2021 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menilai efektivitas sistem pengelolaan limbah air kolam, termasuk monitoring kualitas air dan penerapan standar baku mutu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Anak Tunggal Lobster & Farm telah mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan limbah, tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan dalam dokumentasi, pengolahan, dan pembuangan limbah yang memerlukan perbaikan.
