Abstract

The delay in the start of a project is the main problem carried out by the project implementers of the MTs classroom construction project and SMK Putri Annuqayah Guluk-guluk, so that there is a delay in the final completion and results in a swelling of the project value. This study analyzes the costs and time that occur due to the addition of working hours and additional labor by using the crashing method to accelerate the completion of the project in accordance with the project contract. Based on the analysis carried out, this study also provides solutions to overcome it. The results of the analysis of the MTs and SMK Putri Annuqayah Guluk-guluk Classroom Development project were obtained as a result of additional working hours (overtime) and additional labor (resources) with a reduction in the duration of 28 days from normal time to 122 calendar days, with an additional cost of Rp. 71,841,416.00 from the normal cost of work to Rp. 2,531,110,516.00 or an increase of 0.97% from the total normal cost of work.
