Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air irigasi di Saluran Induk Serinjing, Daerah Irigasi (DI) Siman, Kabupaten Jombang, melalui digitalisasi sistem irigasi. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis debit ketersediaan menggunakan metode NRECA, analisis kebutuhan air berdasarkan data eksisting yang terbagi menjadi 3 periode tiap bulan, serta evaluasi neraca air dengan sistem giliran dan tanpa giliran. Analisis neraca air menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air. Sistem digitalisasi yang dirancang guna mengatasi masalah ini meliputi pemasangan sensor, actuator, dan sistem kontrol untuk memantau dan mengendalikan pintu air secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan debit andalan 80% pada Saluran Primer Serinjing maksimal dalam satu tahun terdapat pada Bulan April periode 1 sebesar 5,4 m3/dt, sedangkan kebutuhan air pada Irigasi Primer Serinjing maksimal dalam satu tahun terdapat pada Bulan November periode 2 sebesar 3,3 m3/detik. Kondisi neraca air pada Irigasi Serinjing adalah 34 periode mengalami surplus dari total 36 periode dalam satu tahun. Neraca air berada dalam kondisi defisit pada bulan November periode 2 dan periode 3 dengan masing-masing nilai defisit -0,6 dan -0,2. Digitalisasi di Daerah Irigasi Siman merupakan rangkaian sistematis yang diterapkan pada pintu air Saluran Primer Serinjing, sehingga dapat mempermudah perencanaan dan evaluasi kinerja sistem irigasi secara lebih transparan dan terukur.
