Abstract

Melihat permasalahan yang terjadi di Indonesia dan tren yang ada pada tahun 2023/2024, Indonesia dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan membangun kawasan industri di dua sektor yang berbeda. Kedua sektor ini memiliki potensi besar dan saling terkait. Pemilihan lokasi di Surabaya menandai terobosan baru dalam meningkatkan tingkat ekspor dengan merancang gedung-gedung baru yang akan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan menjadi perputaran ekosistem ekonomi di sector industri kreatif yang merata di seluruh Pulau Jawa. Tujuan dari perancangan ini lebih mengarah ke pemanfaatan potensi dengan melihat peluang yang ada di lokasi di Surabaya sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang dapat berdampak ke seluruh Indonesia dengan melihat supply dan demand yang banyak sekali sehingga memerlukan game dan animasi dari luar negeri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dari para peminat di Indonesia sehingga pendapatan yang aslinya dapat masuk kedalam pendapatan negara tidak pergi ke pendapatan luar negeri. Oleh karena itu perancangan fasilitas untuk industri animasi dan game merupakan salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, dan untuk mencapainya maka perlu adanya peningkatan nilai tambah pada industri tersebut, yakni dengan menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur dalam perancangannya. Pendekatan arsitektur biofilik dipilih karena berdampak pada kesejahteraan pengguna dan meningkatkan produktivitas, kreativitas, dan inovasi dalam industri kreatif seperti animasi dan permainan, sehingga karya yang dihasilkan memiliki daya saing nasional dan internasional.
