Abstract
The Genengan-Lembeyan Road, located approximately 20 km from Magetan City, serves as a crucial collector road connecting Magetan and Ponorogo Regencies. This road plays a significant role in supporting the mobility of residents and the distribution of goods between the two regions. However, the high traffic volume on this route has led to considerable damage, necessitating regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and user safety. The road condition was assessed using the International Roughness Index (IRI) method, supported by the Roadroid application, which has proven to be accurate, efficient, and practical. This method offers a systematic approach to evaluating road conditions, while maintenance cost estimates were calculated based on the 2024 Bina Marga Analysis. This modern combination facilitates effective and measurable maintenance planning, allowing field implementation to align with actual needs. The analysis revealed an average IRI value of 4.24, with most segments classified as being in good condition. However, segments between STA 5+000 and STA 8+660 showed moderate to severe damage requiring immediate attention. The estimated repair costs amount to Rp4,412,407,000.00, covering various types of repairs aimed at restoring road quality. These efforts are expected to enhance transportation efficiency and support economic activities in the region.
