Abstract

Kediri-Tulungagung Toll Road Construction Project Dhoho Kediri Airport Toll Access Section 2 has a concrete volume contract of 125,969.55 m3. This volume is allocated for Rigid Pavement work of 35,180.25 m3 with a quality of fs' 4.5 Mpa. For foundations, abutments, piers and bridge plates, and box culverts of 75,628.35 m3, for lean concrete and supporting buildings of 15,160.95 m3. The completion of this project is stipulated in the letter of agreement or work order within 12 months or 360 working days, starting from December 5, 2024. Of the total volume, 70% or 88,179 m3 is produced at the internal batting plant. The calculation of the concrete Job Mix Design follows SNI 03-2835-2000 regulations. Natural materials such as sand are taken from PT. Ringin Agung Sejahtra in Blitar, while coarse aggregates are taken from PT. Calvari Mojokerto, while cement uses the Singa Merah cement brand. The results of the mixture composition for each concrete quality are presented in table 4.12 for JMD 01 which is used to obtain the JMF used for production in the first and second months. For JMD 02, it is presented in table 4.13 which is used to make JMF for production from the third month to the twelfth month. From the results of the JMD made, the cumulative difference between the internal batching plant costs and the price of external purchases (outside the Company) gives a profit of 19,729%. The results of the Investment Criteria calculation are obtained, AE = 9,914,019,524> 0 This means that this investment will be profitable. NPV in 14 months from the first time the Batching plant was established or operated for 12 months obtained a value of 5,599,938,029.34> 0, it is concluded that this investment is profitable/ Feasible. This investment has an IRR = 82.71% > 12% (market interest rate = MARR / minimum attractive rate of return), Net Benefit Cost Ratio = 1.20 > 0, with Pay Back Period = 10 months 15 days or 11 months and Break Even Point (BEP) is achieved when the Batching Plant has produced 72,104.51 m3. or the batching plant has been operating for eight months 13 days.
