Abstract

Since its first operation in 2010, the Bhakti Dharma Husada Regional General Hospital (RSUD) has experienced an increase in patients needing health services. Some services require larger rooms. Apart from that, there is a public need for executive and VIP services. To accommodate this, the Bhakti Dharma Husada Regional General Hospital (RSUD) plans to develop services by building a new building for the Bhakti Dharma Husada Regional General Hospital (RSUD). Analysis of the feasibility of investing in the development of the Bhakti Dharma Husada Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Surabaya City was carried out using the parameters Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) and Benefit Cost Ratio (BR). From the results of the feasibility analysis, a sensitivity analysis was carried out on changes in management costs, revenue costs and interest rates. Based on the results of the investment analysis, a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 1,373,606,103,022,-, Payback Period (PP) for 6.89 years, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value of 17.39% greater than the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) value of 9.21% (IRR>MARR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.28, then the investment is declared feasible. And based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, the investment feasibility limit was obtained, namely that hospital development would become unfeasible if service rates were reduced to 15% or operational costs were increased to 15% or interest rates were increased to 14%.
