Abstract

Transformator merupakan peralatan yang sangat penting dalam proses penyaluran sisitem tenaga listrik terutama pada Gardu Induk, peralatan ini sangat rentan terhadap gangguan arus lebih dan hubung singkat. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem proteksi yang dapat melindungi peralatan dari gangguan yang terjadi yang mampu menjaga kontinuitas serta keandalan sistem kelistrikan. PT. PLN (Persero) yang berperan sebgai penyedia energi listrik memerlukan sistem proteksi yang handal. Proteksi yang handal memerlukan tingkat koordinasi yang baik antar komponen yang dapat melindungi peralatan. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis koordinasi Over Current Relay (OCR) dan Directional Ground Relay (DGR) sebagai pengaman transformator di Gardu Induk Segoromadu Gresik. Analisis ini penting dilakukan untuk menentukan besarnya nilai setting yang tepat pada OCR dan DGR. Pengukuran dilakukan untuk menghitung arus gangguan hubung singkat tiga fasa, dua fasa dan satu fasa ke tanah. Guna keperluan untuk memastikan kehandalan sistem proteksi dilakukan simulasi meggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 19.0.1. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan menentukan nilai setting yang tepat OCR dan DGR diperoleh koordinasi yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kehandalan Gardu Induk untuk menjamin kontinuitas energi listrik. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang tepat untuk kinerja sistem proteksi, yang dapat dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan pada Gardu Induk yang lain.
