Abstract

The construction of a Special Oncology Hospital Phase 2 is one of the projects currently underway in Bojonegoro Regency. The project contract in the tender work package includes SMKK work, structural work on 3 buildings, interior and exterior architectural work on 14 buildings, MEP work with a budget of Rp. 18,698,147,595 with an area of 7,803 m². This project is planned to last for 160 (One Hundred and Sixty) Days. In the project time schedule, each work item has been planned effectively. In its implementation, there was a delay in work progress. Where in the 13th week the progress of realization there was a difference of -7.51% from the progress of the plan. This research aims to identify risks, analyze risks using the severity index method, and determine risk responses to risks that occur during project implementation. After obtaining data from the questionnaire, the first step is to carry out an analysis using the severity index and then categorize it based on probability and impact. From the results of risk identification, there are 31 risks grouped into 8 variables. After analyzing the data using the severity index method, which is a technique used in calculating probability values and impacts, the results obtained were that there were 3 risks in the medium category and 2 risks in the high category.
