Abstract

Construction project scheduling is an important part of project management that requires careful planning to complete the project on time and within the specified budget. The Penganten-Ngampal Road Reconstruction Project in Bojonegoro Regency faces challenges in managing time and resources, resulting in project delays. This problem is caused by the uncertainty of external factors such as weather and limited resources. Project scheduling management problems can be solved using several methods, including PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) and CPM (Critical Path Method). These two project scheduling methods have two different approaches in their formation, the CPM method uses a deterministic approach and the PERT method uses a probabilistic approach. The data used consists of project reports, field observations, and calculations using POM-QM software. This research aims to obtain a more optimal construction duration for the Penganten-Ngampal Road Reconstruction Project in Bojonegoro Regency. The research results show that the optimum duration of project scheduling is 60 days with a standard deviation value for all work is 1.88 with a probability level of 97%. From calculating the project time schedule using network planning, it was found that activities were on the critical path in activity codes A, C, D, E, F. However, the use of the PERT method in planning construction project scheduling requires special skills and sufficient experience for effective calculations. and efficient.
