Abstract

In the Villa Kandya House Ubud Bali Development project, there was a delay of -11.97%, this percentage has the potential to cause the time for the completion of work according to the contract of 53 weeks will be exceeded. The earned value concept method can be used to evaluate time performance and cost performance, using 3 (three) indicators, namely, ACWP (actual cost of work performed), BCWP (budgeted cost of work performed), and BCWS (bugeted cost of work scheduled). The results of the analysis obtained a Schedule Variance time performance of -Rp 375,265,411.62,-. The Schedule Performance Index is 0.772. Estimate to Schedule and Estimate at Schedule swelled to 421 days or 60,090 weeks. The results of the analysis obtained Cost Variance cost performance – Rp 48,700,590.06,-. Cost Performance Index of 0.963. Estimate To Completion and Estimate At Completion worth Rp 3,179,597,253.85 suffered a loss of -Rp 48,700,590.06. After accelerating the implementation time with the crashing method, the project implementation time has returned according to the initial duration of the contract with the total cost needed to accelerate the work is Rp. 87,749,750.00.
