Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada Gugus 01 SD Negeri di Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kinerja guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 81 responden yang merupakan guru-guru di wilayah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel reward, kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja guru. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai untuk setiap variabel berada pada kategori "Sangat Setuju", dengan reward memiliki rata-rata 4.30, kompetensi 4.58, dan lingkungan kerja 4.38. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, yang menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja guru. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa reward dan kompetensi secara individual memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sedangkan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan reward, pengembangan kompetensi, dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi pihak sekolah dan dinas pendidikan untuk memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah Kecamatan Candi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan praktik pengajaran yang lebih baik di masa depan.
