Abstract

Construction project management has three main targets that must be achieved, namely cost, quality and time of the Wadungasri Sidoarjo Market Drainage Normalization work which is planned to be completed within an estimated time of 100 calendar days and there are obstacles implementing contractors who experience delays of 7.44%. In this research the researcher made efforts to know Early Warning if there is poor performance in project completion so that management policies and changes in implementation methods can be implemented so that cost overruns and delays in project completion can be prevented. The Earned Value Method is used in managing the Wadungasri Sidoarjo Market Drainage Normalization work which will integrate the concepts of time and cost value. The Earned Value Method is calculated from various factors that indicate project progress and performance such as Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), work productivity index (CPI), time productivity index (SPI), estimated project completion costs (EAC), and forecasts. project completion schedule (ECD), The results of using the Earned Value Method get the results. The amount of costs required (ETC) is IDR 563,044,547.85, and the time required (ETS) at the end of the 7th week review is 65 days and the change in costs to complete the project (EAC) is more 0.64% of the contract cost. Meanwhile, the time to complete the project (EAS) is 114 days. With the additional time of 14 days, the rate of change in project completion time is 0.14% longer. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, construction service providers who carry out development work must apply good and efficient implementation methods in all stages of work with consistent supervision to avoid there was a delay in the construction work on the Wadungasri Market Drainage Normalization in Sidoarjo
