Abstract

In the Pasuruan Regency BPBD building complex construction which is currently still underway,there have been problems related to the activity implementation schedule.The problem referred to is the occurrence of delays in the activity implementation schedule.Where the results of the progress of realization do not match the planned schedule,through writing this evaluation is carried out in relation to performance in the field through an approach using the Earned Value Concept Analysis Methode (Earned Value Methode). The data analysis processed is carried out by calculating analytical indicators including BCWS,BCWP and ACWP,calculating cost indicators consisting of calculating CV values,Cost Performance Index (CPI),ETC and EAC.and also carrying out calculations related to time indicators including calculating SV values,Time performance Index (SPI) and also calculation of time requirments / Time Estimate (TE) in project completion. Based on the results of calculations / data analysis that have been carried out,the CPI Cost Performance Index value is > 1,and the SPI Time Performance Index values is < 1,it is indicated that the realized costs are still below the planned schedule.meanwhile the ETC value for project completion is IDR. 2,148,176,877.17 with an EAC value of IDR.16,624,276,448.77 from the total contract value of IDR.18,898,770,576.77 and related to the estimated time required for project completion (TE),the time obtained was 220.75⁓221 days slower than the time provided of 210 days.
