Abstract

One of the roads prioritized for maintenance is the exit of Section 5 of the Pandaan Malang Toll Road. The Pandaan Malang Section 5 Toll Road Network is one of the national road networks used to access the Bromo tourist area, and is included in Tourism Relevant Roads. The goal of the Road Preservation Project on the Exit Toll Road Section 5 Pandaan Malang is to make the existing road conditions stable, safe for vehicles to pass and reduce traf ic congestion that often occurs. Projects are dynamic so that contractors must adapt to changes in project situations and conditions if they are to achieve optimal profits. Project control is resource control, including time control, cost control, and quality control. These three elements are important parameters for project implementation which are often associated as project objectives. Earned Value Method is one of the tools that can be used in project management to determine the relationship between cost and time, as well as the estimated cost and time required for project completion Indicators used for analysis include: BCWP (Budget Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budget Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), SV (Schedule Variance), CV (Cost Variance), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), ETS, EAS, ETC, EAC. In this research the author carried out a cost and time analysis using the Earned Value Method on the preservation of the Section 5 Pandaan Malang Toll Exit Road. Cost performance of the Section 5 Pandaan Malang Exit Toll Road Preservation Project, until week 17 cost variance (CV) of -Rp1,744,225,641. The CPI value is <1, which means the project is experiencing Cost Overrun. The estimated final project value (EAC) is Rp52,459,284,569. The time performance of the Section 5 Pandaan Malang Exit Toll Road Preservation Project in week 17 SPI value> 1. This means that the project has accelerated. In week 17 the estimated project completion time (ETS) is 278 days.
