Abstract

The construction of high-rise buildings in Indonesia continues to rise, making user satisfaction a key indicator of building performance. In the education sector, user satisfaction significantly impacts productivity and social interactions. This study evaluates user satisfaction for Building A of Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan to identify improvement areas, optimize resource allocation, and reduce maintenance costs. Primary data was collected through field observations and questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from the academic community via Google Forms, with instrument validity and reliability tests conducted. Data was analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with SPSS software. Results show an average conformity level (TKi) of 82.26%, with the ceiling attribute as the highest priority 77.78%. The IPA Cartesian diagram identifies attributes in quadrant I, including beams, columns, and roofs, while quadrant II includes garden cleanliness, trash cans, and stair railing paint. Improvement strategies focus on addressing priority attributes.
