Abstract

Tingkat kewirausahaan di Indonesia yang masih rendah (3,47%) menjadi salah satu faktor utama tingginya angka pengangguran, yang mencapai 4,82% pada tahun 2024. Meskipun 69,3% penduduk berada pada usia produktif, banyak mahasiswa lebih memilih bekerja di instansi formal daripada berwirausaha. Keberanian mengambil risiko dan norma subjektif sering dianggap berperan dalam membentuk intensi berwirausaha, tetapi relevansi pengaruhnya masih perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara keberanian mengambil risiko, norma subjektif, dan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional nonparametrik dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Hasil analisis regresi ordinal menunjukkan bahwa keberanian mengambil risiko dan norma subjektif tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (p > 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut hanya memberikan pengaruh yang sangat kecil terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kajian lebih lanjut terhadap faktor-faktor lain yang lebih menentukan untuk mendorong kewirausahaan dan mengatasi pengangguran di Indonesia.
