Abstract

Konstruksi bangunan bertingkat merupakan salah satu jenis proyek yang penuh dengan tantangan dan risiko tinggi, mengingat kompleksitas dan bobot pekerjaan yang harus ditangani serta ketinggian struktur yang dibangun. Proyek konstruksi cenderung mengalami keterlambatan yang tidak dapat diduga sebelumnya, sehingga dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek CWI-02 ITS Surabaya yang direncanakan selesai dalam 540 hari kalender. Namun pada pelaksanaannya proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan pelaksanaan sebesar 8,8879%.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis percepatan durasi proyek dengan menggunakan metode Crashing dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja dan penambahan penambahan tenaga kerja maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui durasi proyek setelah dilakukan percepatan dan untuk mengetahui biaya setelah dilakukan percepatan. Hasil perhitungan dengan menambah jam kerja selama 4 jam diperoleh durasi proyek menjadi 291 lebih cepat dari total durasi proyek yaitu 294 hari, kemudian terjadi perubahan biayatotal proyek sebesar Rp. 3,622,264,104.66 lebih besar dari total biaya proyek yaitu Rp. 3,601,839,687. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja diperoleh durasi proyek menjadi 292 lebih cepat dari total durasi proyek yaitu 294 hari, kemudian terjadi perubahan biaya total proyek menjadi Rp. 3,600,758,240.47 lebih lebih besar dari total biaya proyek yaitu Rp. 3,601,839,687.
