Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dikerjakan oleh tenaga kerja sesuai dengan waktu yang telah direncanakan serta memperhatikan produktivitas tenaga kerjanya agar dapat memperoleh hasil yang optimal ketika proyek telah dilaksanakan. Produktivitas tenaga kerja memiliki peran penting terhadap keberhasilan suatu proyek pembangunan. Tingkat produktivitas yang rendah selama proses pekerjaan dapat berdampak terhadap ketidaksesuaian capaian target pekerjaan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor pekerjaan seperti faktor manajerial proyek, faktor cuaca, teknologi dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Ruko yang direncanakan dalam 335 hari kalender, namun pada bulan mei minggu ke 3 proyek mengalami penurunan capaian target pekerjaan sebesar 2,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan productivity rating. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengamati para pekerja yang sedang melakukan kegiatan selama jam pekerjaan berlangsung. Hasil penelitian lapangan dari proyek pembangunan Ruko The Avenue Merr Tahap 3 Surabaya nantinya diolah menggunakan Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) dan menghitung nilai estimasi biaya upah tenaga kerja pekerjaan struktur Ruko The Avenue Merr Tahap 3 Surabaya. Diperoleh hasil akhir Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) pekerjaan struktur pembangunan Ruko The Avenue Merr Tahap 3 Surabaya tergolong memuaskan karena besar nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata lebih dari 50% pada waktu kerja pagi hari dan siang hari dan diperoleh hasil perhitungan estimasi biaya upah tenaga kerja pekerjaan struktur kolom lantai 3 dan balok, pelat lantai 4 sebesar Rp. 282, 581,030,94.
