Abstract

Industri konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor vital dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Perkembangan industri ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan pembangunan infrastruktur, namun juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu proyek yang saat ini sedang dilaksanakan adalah pembangunan proyek Office X Surabaya yang berada di Jalan Jembatan Merah No 38-40 Surabaya dengan anggaran biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp.10.999.000.000,00 yang memiliki 10 lantai dengan total durasi pekerjaan selama 294 hari, luas bangunan 555,8 m pada lantai 1. Dengan pembangunan yang sedikit terkendala keterlambatan pada pengerjaan arsitekturnya di karenakan kendala material yang datang terlambat dan juga gambar kerja yang sering berubah serta kendala Man power yang pengerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan target pembangunan. Proyek ini memiliki kompleksitas tertentu yang memerlukan manajemen waktu yang efektif dan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi percepatan waktu pelaksanaan. Akibat keterlamatan ini perlu di carinya solusi untuk mempercepat kemajuan proyek tersebut dengan di usulkannya dengan metode Fast Track. Setelah di lakukan percepatan menggunakan metode Fast Track di dapatkan percepatan selama 30 hari kerja dan penghematan biaya sebesar Rp. 99.787.599.
