Abstract

Perkembangan game online terdapat model MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) yaitu salah satunya adalah game Mobile Legends Bang Bang. Game ini menjadi salahsatu permainan yang paling diminati oleh berbagai kalangan usia terutama usia remaja. Player game Mobile Legends Bang Bang seringkali berperilaku menyimpang yang ditandai dengan berkata kasar, mengumpat dan merendahkan harga diri seseorang sehingga perilaku tersebut dapat disebut dengan perilaku agresivitas verbal. Para remaja dapat memainkan game Mobile Legends Bang Bang dalam sehari dengan durasi waktu 3-5 jam. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode accidental sampling yang dilakukan di komunitas Hellcat Publik ke seluruh remaja yang berusia 12-22 tahun yang bermain game Mobile Legends Bang Bang lebih dari 2 jam dalam sehari. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda pada skala kontrol diri dengan skala agresivitas verbal memiliki nilai signifikasi 0.00 menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan data p<0.05, maka terdapat hubungan parsial secara negatif antara kontrol diri dengan agresivitas verbal dan pada skala intensitas bermain game online dengan agresivitas verbal menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.00 (p<0.05) maka terdapat hubungan positif secara parsial juga antara intensitas bermain game online dengan agresivitas verbal serta pada uji F dan signifikan dari presentase kesalahan 5% menunjukkan bahwa, nilai signifikansi pada tabel hitung <0.05 dan nilai F pada nilai hitung yaitu 0.313 lebih besar dari nilai tabel (p>3.06) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara simultan dan parsial antara kontrol diri dan intensitas bermain game online dengan agresivitas verbal pada remaja yang bermain game Mobile Legends Bang Bang di komunitas Hellcat Publik
