Abstract
This study aims to analyze regional financial performance through financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used include the PAD effectiveness ratio, regional financial efficiency ratio, regional financial independence ratio, spending activity ratio, and regional original income growth ratio. The data used are secondary data in the form of regional financial reports obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency during the period 2019 to 2023. The analysis method applied is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness ratio is very effective, the efficiency ratio shows that regional finances are efficient, the independence ratio is still low which reflects dependence on transfer funds from the government. Then the capital expenditure activity ratio is not good and the operating expenditure activity is classified as good because the government prioritizes operating expenditures and the growth ratio is still low. This study provides an overview of the financial performance conditions of Tuban Regency which can be used as a reference for taking policies in optimizing regional original income.
