Abstract
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Macro Fundamentals, Capital Structure, Management Performance, Company Policy on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as a Moderating Variable in Metal Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The final result of this research is a description of cause and effect, so this method uses samples and hypotheses. The test results show that Macro Fundamentals have a positive but insignificant effect on Management Performance. Macro Fundamentals have a positive but insignificant effect on Earnings Management. Macro Fundamentals have a positive and significant effect on Company Policy. Macro Fundamentals have a positive but insignificant influence on Capital Structure. Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on Management Performance. Capital Structure has a positive but insignificant effect on Earnings Management. Capital Structure has a positive but insignificant effect on Corporate Policy. Ownership Structure has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure. Ownership Structure has a negative and significant effect on Management Performance. Ownership Structure has a positive but insignificant effect on Earnings Management. Ownership Structure has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Policy. Management Performance has a negative but insignificant effect on Earnings Management. Earnings Management has a negative but insignificant effect on Corporate Policy. Management Performance has a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value. Earnings Management has a positive but insignificant effect on Firm Value. Corporate Policy has a positive but insignificant effect on Firm Value. GCG does not moderate the relationship between Management Performance and Company Value. GCG does not moderate the relationship between Earnings Management and Company Value.
