Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, laporan keberlanjutan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel pemoderasi profitabilitas pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019- 2023. Berdasarkan teori akuntansi manajemen, akuntansi keberlanjutan, dan Good Corporate Governance, penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, laporan keberlanjutan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan GCG berperan sebagai variabel pemoderasi juga tidak memoderasi profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas, laporan keberlanjutan, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kecil terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan, khususnya dalam industri perbankan, untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GCG dan laporan keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan menarik minat investor.
