Abstract

Human resource management is the main thing in an organization or company. The focus of this research is how to manage the human element to achieve the goals of the organization or the company itself. There are several factors that can affect the company in running the business, such as leadership styles, organizational culture and employee satisfaction. The object of this study is PT.Katwara Gresik as one of the manufacturing companies and exporters in Gresik. This study aims to determine tbe effect of democratic leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction to employees performance either simultaneously or partially. This study took 89 people as samples from a population of 114 people. Technique of determining the number of samples used Slovin approach and method of random sampling. All research instruments have been tested for validity and reliability, and is valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis method used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable either simultaneously or partially, and then also analyzed the coefficient of determination, to know how big the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variahle. The results showed that the democratic leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Katwara Gresik, either simultaneously or partially
