Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies carried out by "Pentol Kabul" in maintaining customer trust. The strategy in question is a marketing communication strategy that includes several aspects of marketing. The method used is qualitative with information collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The information obtained was analyzed using the Milies and Huberman model analysis techniques to focus on important matters. The results of the study show that marketing communication has an important role in increasing customer trust "Pentol Kabul". This researcher can conclude that the role of communication can provide convenience for sellers and customers in exchanging information about "Pentol Kabul" products.
