Abstract
Personal selling communication strategies in realizing Motorcycle Credit (KSM) products at BCA KCU Galaxy. Intense competition in the financing industry demands innovation and effective marketing strategies to raise awareness and product realization. The findings reveal that the implemented personal selling strategy adheres to the Tubbs communication model, which includes communicator, message, channel, noise, communicant, and feedback elements. Marketing staff play a pivotal role as communicators, delivering product information clearly and personally. Social media and direct interactions are the primary communication channels. Communication barriers, such as negative perceptions or lack of understanding among prospective customers, were addressed through responsive approaches. In conclusion, the Tubbs communication model-based personal selling strategy effectively enhances product realization and builds long-term relationships with customers.
