Abstract

In the era of globalization, which drives business development, the photography industry is increasingly popular for capturing important moments such as weddings and birthdays. The Photo Box service, which makes it easier for consumers to print photos in various formats, has emerged along with technological advancements. STDS is one of the service providers in Surabaya that has rapidly grown to meet the increasing market demand. Using STDS Photo Box as the subject of this research provides valuable insights into the factors that influence consumer satisfaction. Reasonable pricing, high quality products that are sharp and durable, and informative Social Media Promotions can positively impact consumer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey through Google Form questionnaires to 100 consumers at STDS Photo Box at Café Yoikona 2.0 Surabaya. The results show that the price variable has no effect because consumers pay more attention to Product Quality and Social Media Promotions. Meanwhile, Product Quality and Social Media Promotions have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction among STDS Photo Box service users.
