Abstract
Digital Twins adalah teknologi canggih yang telah mengubah industri dengan mencerminkan hampir setiap aspek barang, proses, atau layanan. Ini memiliki kemampuan untuk mereplikasi segala sesuatu di dunia fisik ke dunia digital. Teknologi Digital Twins untuk mendeteksi dan memecahkan masalah fisik dengan cepat, merancang dan membangun produk yang lebih baik, dan mewujudkan nilai dan keuntungan lebih cepat dari sebelumnya. Dalam dunia virtual, model Digital Twins dapat digambarkan dalam empat dimensi: geometri, fisika, perilaku, dan aturan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan dapat menganalisis prosentase penerapan Digital Twins pada bangunan di Kota Surabaya dan prosentase faktor pengaruh yang mempengaruhi penerapan Digital Twins di Kota Surabaya. Pengolahan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik regresi linier sederhana, untuk menganalisis beberapa variabel independen dan variabel dependen terkait Digital Twins. Data yang digunakan dalam pengolahan yaitu dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan ke beberapa penyedia jasa konstruksi (Konsultan dan Kontraktor) seperti Project Manager, Site Engineering, Site Manager, Pelaksana, Drafter, dan Direktur Perusahaan yang ada di Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan konsultan dan kontraktor di Kota Surabaya yang telah menerapkan Digital Twins hanya sebanyak 43 responden dan faktor pengaruh yang mempengaruhi penerapan Digital Twins di Kota Surabaya sebesar 17%.
