Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the influence of asset structure, capital structure, ownership structure on financial performance with business risk as intervening and good corporate governance (GCG) as moderation in mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019 – 2021. Research method Quantitative based on Secondary data. Where is the population and sample of this study from the financial reports of 25 companies in the coal sector on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. Data processing techniques in research using PLS with Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study 1) Asset Structure has no effect on Business Risk, 2) Asset Structure has no effect on Financial Performance, 3) Capital Structure has no effect on Business Risk, 4) Capital Structure has no effect on Business Risk, 5) Ownership Structure has an effect on Performance Financial, 6) Ownership Structure has no effect on Financial Performance 7) Business Risk has no effect on Financial Performance, 8) Business Risk has no effect on Financial Performance with Good Corporate Governance as moderation, 9) Asset Structure has no effect on Financial Performance through Business Risk as Intervening, 10) Capital Structure has no effect on Financial Performance through Business Risk as Intervening, 11) Ownership Structure has no effect on Financial Performance through Business Risk as Intervening.
