Abstract

This research aims to see a picture of the dark triad personality in social media users. A dark personality or dark triad personality is a personality that is dominated by negative behavior. The majority ofteenagers have the impulsiveaversive aggression type. This means that teenagers carry out cyberaggression spontaneously with the aim of reducing the negative feelings they feel. The subjects in this study were 282 respondents, male and female, aged between 15-17 years. The research results show that the majority of teenagers have the impulsive-aversive aggression type. This means that teenagers carry out cyber-aggression spontaneously with the aim of reducing the negative feelings they feel. Based on information he rxy relationship coefficient value was obtained at 0.678 with significance p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that there is a very significant positive relationship between Dark Triad Personality and Cyber Aggression.
